Île-de-France Mobilités reserves the right to close the customer account and services in case of non-compliance by the User with the provisions of these General Conditions of Use.

In the event of failure to comply with the obligations of these General Conditions of Use or the General Conditions of Sale of Shuttles Accessible by the User, Île-de-France Mobilités reserves the right, without compensation or reimbursement, where applicable, eight (8) days after sending the customer a letter asking them to comply with these T&Cs, to suspend access to the services until the cause of the suspension has disappeared. 

Île-de-France Mobilités may close access to the services immediately and without notice in the event of fraudulent use or liability.

5. Mediation

These General Conditions of Use are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, and only after a written request sent to the customer service concerned and the response to which has not given them satisfaction or in the absence of a response within one month, the customer may resort to mediation to settle the dispute amicably.

The parties to the dispute, however, remain free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation. The solution proposed by mediation is not binding on the parties.
