How do I get to the departure station? Where can I park my vehicle near the departure station?...
Answers to the (good) questions you may have about Accessible Shuttle Paris 2024 operations, that are made available by Île-de-France Mobilités for the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024, can be consulted below.

I cannot find my trip confirmation email. 

To find the information about the reservation for your trip, first check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please connect with us via the “contact us” section..

How do I get to the departure station ?

Go to the “choose your station” section. There you will you'll find a map showing departure stations and Public Transport links. Use the Île-de-France Mobilités app to confirm your route real time journey just before you leave.

 

Can I book transport for my companion ? 

 

You can bring one companion per wheelchair passenger on the shuttle.

When should I arrive at the departure station before my trip ?

We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time. You should also plan for longer travel times due to expected large crowds.

Where is the meeting point for the shuttle on the day of the trip?

You will receive an email one month before your departure with all the practical information relating to the location of your meeting point. 

How do I find my way at the station and around the competition sites ?

In addition to the information available on the Transport Public Paris 2024 application regarding routes, preferred exits, and competition site maps, volunteers wearing purple vests will be present at stations and venues during the Paris 2024 Games. They will be able to answer all your questions regarding your transport during the Games and assist you if required.

Will the shuttle drop me off far from
the competition site entrance ?
Will I be accompanied to my seat ? 

The shuttle will drop you off as close as possible to the competition venue entrance, within the limits defined by local authorities and any security constraints. Before your departure You'll receive an email with all the necessary journey information beforehand to ensure a smooth journey : 

  • shuttle exact departure time,
  • exact departure address,  
  • pick-up location picture, 
  • drop-off exact location, 
  • details of how you will get from the drop-off point to the venue entrance and to your seat
  • the same information for the return journey. 

Where can I park my vehicle near the departure station ? 

The parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility near the departure stations remain unchanged. However, traffic and parking around certain stations may be modified due to sporting events. Therefore, we advise you to use public transport to reach the departure stations.

Will shuttle services on the day of the event be guaranteed to arrive on time? 

Shuttle services are designed to anticipate traffic challenges during the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024. 

During the Games, which transport routes should be avoided ?

Visit the "Plan for the Games" website for information on recommended transport routes. It will allow you to check the projected attendance of public transport for each hour of each day during the Paris 2024 Games : click here,to access to the website.

Is transport in the Paris region accessible to people with disabilities?

Various transport options are available for passengers with disabilities. You can find here details and access assistance options. 

To find details of access in your route search: 

From the Île-de-France Mobilités website 

From the "Journey planner" in the "Plan a journey" section on the website, you can view the " access facilities " and find out for each suggested route, the accessibility measures in place (assistance at the stations, audio announcements, lifts, etc.) or find a route suitable for a wheelchair user. 

Simply click on “save these access " facilities for the selected criteria to be saved.

You can find here, the list of stations accessible by lift. Select the line you are interested in to obtain the description of the lift's status at each station. 

From the Paris 2024 Public Transport app 

On your trip planner results page, click on the top right of your screen to go to settings. You can then indicate if you are in a wheelchair and select a suitable route.  

In general, when you select a result in your itinerary search, you will be presented with all the accessibility information for the stations you will be passing through. Additionally, a standard rate phone number is available for assistance during your journey: Infomobi at 09 70 81 82 83 85 (available from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week with the exception of May 1st). 

Where can I find accessible public transport maps ? 

On the website 

You can find the "Easy-to-Read Plan", plan for wheelchair users, and the Paris map for people with reduced mobility on the following page : “Transport accessibility, mobility and disability”

On the mobile app 

On the application, only the Easy-to-Read Plan is available for download. It can be accessed at the bottom of the app homepage, by clicking on "Regional Plans", and then download the 4th map from the top, labelled "Easy to Read Plan". 

You can also find all the information related to accessibility features for your journey at the very bottom of your itinerary (when you select a route planner result).
